Rainbow silk cowl capelet, handknit, multicolor

Knit from a yarn made entirely of silk sari remnants handspun in small batches in the mountains of Nepal, this cowl / capelet is a crazy gorgeous multitude of colors and textures, soft and shaggy and large enough to wear in a variety of ways.

Measures approximately 10″ deep with a 28″ circumference resting, but with a lot of stretch and give.

Hand wash in cool water using a delicates soap such as Eucalan and lay flat to dry.

All our work is done in a smoke-free but cat-friendly home. While this particular cat is not prone to playing with yarn, her hair (as any pet owner knows) does occasionally stray.
